Processing Time

Each doll is individually hand made. Services for seem sanding and face up are included free of charge. Processing time is 1-2 months. On occasion, we will have extra products on hand in which case, processing time may be shortened to 2-4 weeks. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please contact us to check availability of items in stock, otherwise, regular processing times will apply.

Payment

Payment is currently accepted through Paypal, international money order and check. In case of checks, please allow 2-3 weeks from date of payment receipt for checks to clear before your order is processed. Credit cards are currently only accepted through Paypal. There may be occasional convention appearances during which items in stock can be purchased by cash. Convention stock will vary, please see Convention appearance page to view upcoming convention appearances.

Shipping

All packages will be sent with tracking and insurance. Cost of shipping will vary depending on destination. Please fill out order form to make inquiries regarding shipping costs.

Order Cancelation

Orders which are still pending and have not been processed are eligible for cancellation without any fees. Orders which are in processing or have already been processed and completed will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Orders which have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. Please see our return policies for procedures on returns and refunds on shipped packages. Please check the order status page for the current status of your order.

Returns/Refunds

Returns for items purchased in error by customers are accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) from date of receipt minus shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. All items returned must be in brand new condition within packaging. Damaged, opened, and special order/limited edition items will not be accepted for returns.

Replacement Parts

In case of accidental breakage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days (1 week) of receipt of package with photograph of damaged part(s). If damage is determined to be at fault of our company, replacement parts will be ordered immediately and shipped at our expense once replacement parts are received. If damage is determined to be at fault of the post office, please contact the shipping service used and report damage. For precautionary purposes, do not sign for packages until package and contents have been inspected for damages.

Accidents do happen even with the best doll owners, so in case of breakage at the fault of the customer, please contact us immediately with photograph of the part that is damaged and we will work with the customer in attempt to acquire replacement parts. In this case, the customer is required to cover costs of replacement parts plus shipping. Please note that not all parts will be replaceable, but we will work with the customer to find the best solution for replacement or repair if possible.

Order Page Information

Fill out all necessary information on the order form regarding your name, address, contact, and the items being ordered. All item numbers can be found on the item pages throughout the site.

If you are ordering more items than the available space allows, please fill out multiple order forms or email amytheyu@yahoo.ca for a group order code. With the group order code, address information only needs to be filled out once after which the group order code can be written in place of the address and contact information, and all orders with that code will automatically be grouped together. Once the group order code has been given, please finish adding new items to the order within 5 days or the order will automatically be concluded and invoice will be sent.

Payment is required within 7 days from invoice date or the order will automatically be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made before the order was submitted.

Divinity Doll is a web store dedicated to the sale of AJBD (Asian Ball Joint Dolls) and ABJD accessories. We are not employees of any company whose merchandise we carry. We are not responsible for any transactions involving merchandise that is not bought directly from our store. This includes resale of merchandise bought from Divinity Doll and merchandise of the same make acquired from other sellers.
